TopEnergy PV L foot and fastening solar mounting system is a frame system for mounting PV modules on industrial roofs consisting of trapezoidal and corrugated sheet metal, corrugated fibre cement and sandwich elements.

The solar roof mounting system consists of hangar bolts(solar fasteners),L feet, brackets mounting rails and all necessary small parts(module mid clamps, module end clamps, rail splices and etc)  for fastening the PV modules, interconnecting the components and fastening them to the roof substructure .

TopEnergy`s components are generally made of aluminium and stainless steel. The high degree of corrosion resistance ensures a long service life and offers the possibility of complete recycling.

.Installation Effect

Step1: The first step is to drill the holes on the metal roofing and then install the hanger bolt and the L feet.( The L feet and hanger bolt can be pre-assembled, then installation will be much faster)

Step2 and Step3: Install the solar roof rail on the L feet by the block. 

Step4 and Step5:  Install the solar panel on the solar roof rail by the mid clamp and end clamp.

Step6: Complete the solar roof mounting installation.
