4.1 Installing the L-foot

According to the material of the support beam, use self-drilling screws (the support beam is a steel beam) or wood screws (the support beam is a wooden beam) to install and fix the L-feet assembly at the crest position of the trapezoidal color steel tile.

PS: If the purlins supporting the trapezoidal steel tiles are made of wooden beams, it is necessary to use a drilling tool to drill a small hole of φ6mm in the colored steel tiles in advance to facilitate the insertion of wood screws.

Arrange according to the drawing and install the remaining L-feet assemblies using the above method.

4.2 Installing B45 rail

Adjust the direction of the corrugated surface of the B45 rail to align it with the corrugated surface of the already installed and fixed L feet component, and use an M8 hexagonal wrench to tighten the hexagonal bolt on the hook to lock the rail.

Install the rail connector at the rail joint position, and use an M8 hexagonal wrench to tighten the hexagonal bolts on the rail connector to lock the joints at both ends.

4.3 Installing solar panels

Place the solar panel on the rail, adjust the position of the end assembly and fix it with the End-clamp (if equipped with a conductive sheet, press the conductive sheet into the rail slot, adjust the position and press one end of the conductive sheet with the metal frame of the solar panel).

After adjusting the position of the middle solar panel, fix it with the Mid-clamp (if equipped with a conductive sheet, press the conductive sheet into the rail slot, and after adjusting the position, use the metal frames of the solar panels on both sides to press the two ends of the conductive sheet)

4.4 Installing the grounding fitting

(1) Install the conductive sheet at the end of the rail.

(2) Then install the grounding component.

(3) Install the grounding clips at the ends of the remaining rails.

(4) Pass a copper wire through these grounding clips, tighten the hexagonal bolts, and finally ground the grounding copper wire.
